'On the weekends we need quality time. From young to old we visit each other to share the Dutch conviviality. "The drink" stands for all drinks and snacks with which this moment coincides. International cuisine is increasingly being brought into the home. Hummus from the Middle East, tomatoes from Spain and wine from the New World. When it comes to plant-based alternatives to cheese, it is difficult to find a suitable replacement. Nevertheless, we managed to stay true to our Dutch block of cheese. Just imagine how plant-based Gouda cheese tastes crunchy!
